Dark Mode Is Here

You asked for it, and now it is here. Dark mode has been one of our most-requested features, and from today it is built into Endute. If you like to check your money first thing in the morning or last thing at night, a bright white screen is not always what you want. Now your whole personal finance app can sit in a darker, calmer palette that is far easier on the eyes.
How to turn on dark mode
You will find it in App Settings, under appearance. There are three options: Light, Dark and System. Light and Dark do exactly what they say. System follows whatever your phone or computer is set to, so Endute turns dark in the evening and back to light in the morning along with the rest of your device. Set it once and forget it, or change it whenever the mood takes you.
Why it matters
Dark mode is a small change that makes a real difference if you spend time in a budgeting app most days. It cuts glare in low light, feels less harsh late at night, and on phones with OLED screens it can even save a little battery. Mostly, though, it simply looks good, and a personal finance tool you actually enjoy opening is one you are far more likely to keep using.
It is a small thing, but it is one you asked for, and that is exactly why we built it. Open App Settings, pick the look that suits you, and Endute will remember it across the web and your phone.
Quick questions
How do I turn on dark mode in Endute?
Open App Settings and go to appearance, then choose Dark, or System to follow your device. The new look applies straight away, with nothing else to set up.
Does dark mode work on mobile and web?
Yes. Your choice of Light, Dark or System exists in the Endute web app, while dark mode is the single mode in the mobile app.
