The mobile apps: what's there and what's web-only
One account, two surfaces, and a deliberate split: the daily loop lives in your pocket, the deep workbenches on the big screen.
The shape of the app
The iOS and Android apps organise around five tabs: Accounts, Review, Dashboard in the centre, Budget and More. The first four are the daily loop, and the placement of Review among them says what the app is for: the confirm-or-correct habit fits a queue and a thumb better than it ever fit a desk.
More holds the rest of the product: goals, assets, scheduled transactions, subscriptions, securities, insights, the forecast, categories, payees, tags, bank connections, auto-import rules and settings; messages sit behind the bell icon in the header. Adding transactions, editing, splitting and reviewing all work as they do on the web, synced to the same account instantly.
Reports on mobile
Seven reports travel: Spending by Category, Payee and Tag, Income vs Expense, Net Worth Trend, Budget vs Actuals and Investment Performance. They read in your base reporting currency; the currency picker is web-only for now. The remaining reports, and fuller mobile parity, are on the public roadmap.
What stays on the web
- The planning workbenches: FIRE planning and the debt payoff planner, both dense, chart-heavy tools built for a large screen.
- Bulk data work: CSV/QIF file import and the Import older transactions flow.
- Integrations management: API keys and SimpleFIN setup tokens live on the web's account settings.
Connecting a bank works from the app too; the authorisation step goes through your bank's own login exactly as it does on the web.
Same account, no sync button
What next
Signing in, 2FA and biometric unlock have their own guide. The apps are on the App Store and Google Play; search for Endute.
